The Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire was created to measure the physical, emotional, social and occupational problems that are most troublesome to adults ages 17-70 years with either seasonal or perennial rhinoconjunctivitis of either allergic or non-allergic origin.
Psychometric properties of the RQLQ indicate repeated administration demonstrated good reproducibility, it proved responsive in its ability to distinguish between regular and ‘as required’ medication use, and validity was shown by moderate to strong relations between changes in symptom diary scores and changes in RQLQ scores.
